New artwork by Michèle Matyn in Dilsen-Stokkem

Kunst aan de Maas presents a new artwork by Belgian artist Michèle Matyn. The installation ‘Vulva Island’ was specially developed for Bichterweerd, the bird-rich nature reserve on the Meuse in Dilsen-Stokkem. The work can be admired from 29 February from the ferry landing on the Kempenstraat.

Hiking

On Saturday 9 March, anyone with a passion for landscape, art – or simply curious about this intriguing work – is invited to take part in a walk through the area, with passage past Vulva Island and performance. More info and registration here.
